NJN Dev (njndev.xyz and its subdomains - finance, calendar, time, wordle, herdle, connections, lift, invites, poker) is a personal project built and operated by Noah Nelson for a small group of family and friends, not a commercial service. By using an account here, you agree to the following.

Accounts

• Accounts are created individually by the operator, not through open sign-up - you're here because you already know them.
• You're responsible for keeping your own login credentials and any third-party connections (bank, Google Calendar, TimeTree, Garmin) you set up secure.
• Don't share your login with anyone else, and don't use the app to access data that isn't your own beyond what's intentionally shared (the household calendar, split bills, friend-visible game results).

What this app is (and isn't)

This is a hobby project, run on a small personal server, maintained in whatever time the operator has for it. It is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee, no warranty, and no formal support commitment - features can change, break, or be removed without notice. It is not a bank, not a financial adviser, and nothing it calculates or displays (balances, budgets, tax/CGT estimates, loan projections) should be relied on as financial or legal advice. Always check against your bank's own records and a qualified professional before acting on anything here.

Bank and third-party connections

Some features connect to a bank, Google Calendar, TimeTree, or Garmin using credentials or authorisation you provide directly. You're confirming you're allowed to connect those accounts, and you can disconnect any of them at any time from the relevant settings page. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is used.

Acceptable use

Don't use this app to:

• Attempt to access another account, or data not shared with you.
• Upload content that's illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Interfere with the app's operation (scripted abuse, attempting to break authentication, overloading the server, etc.).

The operator may suspend or remove an account that does any of the above.

Data and account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time - contact the operator using the details below. See the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how it's retained.

Changes

These terms may change as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this app, including from downtime, data loss, or errors in calculated figures. It's run for free, for friends and family, on a best-effort basis.
